Thank you for shopping with Hairitage by Rokah. Please read the following information to understand how we handle shipping, delivery times, and potential issues.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • During peak periods (sales, product launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

UK Shipping Only

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

We currently do not ship internationally.

3. Delays & Delivery Issues

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, weather).

  • We are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not liable for lost items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.

5. Lost or Stolen Parcels

  • Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the courier, we are not responsible for loss or theft.

  • Please contact the delivery provider directly if your parcel is missing after being marked as delivered.
