Booking Policy

Please read our booking policy before making an appointment. By booking with Hairitage by Rokah, you agree to the terms below.

Booking & Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been paid.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment is not permitted and your deposit will be lost.

Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

If you need to cancel, please do so as early as possible.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your appointment without contacting us, this will be treated as a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals

We have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not have enough time to complete your service. Your appointment may therefore need to be cancelled or rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

If you know you are going to be late, please let us know as soon as possible.

Preparing for Your Appointment

Please arrive with your hair clean and washed, unless you have added a wash service to your booking.

For services with specific preparation requirements, please follow the instructions provided when booking.

For microlocs installation, your hair must be at least 4 inches long, loose, clean and completely dry. Hair should not be in a weave, braids or another protective style.

Consultations

A consultation is required before microlocs installation.

The consultation allows us to assess your hair, discuss your goals and make sure the service is suitable for you.

Your consultation fee will be credited towards your microlocs installation.

Payment

The remaining balance for your service is due on the day of your appointment.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash.

Additional Guests

Appointments are for the booked client only. Due to the size and privacy of our studio, additional guests are not permitted unless agreed with us in advance.

Appointments & Service Times

Please allow enough time for your appointment. Service times are estimates and can vary depending on your hair's length, density and condition.

Additional Services

If you require a wash or another additional service, please add it to your booking when making your appointment.

Hairitage by Rokah

We work with your natural hair and do not use hair extensions.

Our aim is to provide a comfortable experience while caring for the health and integrity of your natural hair.
