This depends on the condition of your hair. Your hair will be assessed during your consultation to determine whether it is suitable for installation.

How much does microlocs installation cost?

Microlocs installation starts from £300. Your final price will be confirmed during your consultation.

Is the consultation fee included in my installation cost?

Yes. Your consultation fee will be credited towards the cost of your microlocs installation.

How long does microlocs installation take?

Installation time varies depending on the length and density of your hair. Your estimated appointment time will be discussed during your consultation.

When can I wash my microlocs?

Your first wash will be done by us at your 6-week appointment. After this, you can wash your locs yourself following the recommended washing method.

How do I moisturise my microlocs?

You can moisturise your locs by lightly spraying them with water. Avoid overloading your locs with heavy products.

How often should I have my microlocs maintained?

We recommend having your microlocs maintained every 6 weeks. Regular maintenance helps keep your locs healthy, secure and properly maintained, and helps prevent the need for repairs.

Can I swim or exercise with microlocs?

Yes. You can continue your normal activities with microlocs. Proper washing and aftercare are important, particularly after swimming or activities that cause sweating.

Will my microlocs change as they mature?

Yes. Locs naturally change in appearance as they mature. They may become more compact and develop their mature texture over time.

Can I undo my microlocs later?

Microlocs can potentially be removed, but the process can be lengthy and may result in some hair loss or breakage. We recommend considering your decision carefully before installation.

How should I prepare for my installation appointment?

Please arrive with your hair loose, clean and completely dry. Your hair should not be in a weave, braids or another protective style.
